As power architectures approach the limits of conventional silicon, Viitor’s 650 V and 750 V SiC MOSFETs offer a practical path to efficient, high-density power conversion. With RDS(on) down to 20 mΩ, continuous current up to 109 A, avalanche capability up to 1.6 J, and operation up to 175°C, the portfolio pairs rugged performance with surface-mount and through-hole package flexibility. It helps designers balance efficiency, thermal design, board space, and system cost—from AC-DC front ends and high-voltage DC/DC stages to charging infrastructure, renewable-energy converters, and industrial motion systems.
