Viitor expands its circuit protection portfolio with the new 5.0SMDJL Low Clamping Voltage Series, designed to deliver high-energy transient protection with reduced voltage stress on sensitive circuitry.
Combining a 24V–100V stand-off voltage range, 5000W peak pulse power, ±30kV ESD protection, and AEC-Q101 qualification, the series delivers low clamping voltage and fast response for robust, reliable system protection.
