Viitor introduces a new generation of SiC Schottky diodes for efficient, high-frequency power conversion, with 650V and 1200V options across a 4A to 50A current range. The 650V series delivers a 1.29V typical VF. Zero reverse recovery, low capacitive charge from 10.6 nC, and 175°C operation give designers greater freedom to raise switching frequency, ease thermal constraints, and scale from space-limited auxiliary rails to demanding high-power conversion stages.
