Viitor’s latest N-channel Power MOSFETs bring high-current capability and low conduction losses to demanding power designs. Housed in the TOLT package, the 100V VRLB012N10HOS delivers an ultra-low 1.2mΩ typical RDS(ON) with up to 400A continuous drain current, while the 150V VRLB027N15HAU offers 2.7mΩ typical RDS(ON) with up to 251A continuous drain current.
Engineered with advanced trench technology, low gate charge, 0.3°C/W junction-to-soldering-point thermal resistance, and an operating temperature range up to 175°C, both devices help improve power efficiency, thermal performance, and system reliability. AEC-Q101 qualification further supports demanding designs across e-mobility, industrial motion, and power & energy applications, including light EVs, motor drives, battery systems, power supplies, and DC power stages.
