5.0LDTV series 5000W high-power-surge capability unidirectional TVS devices are available in a TO-263 package. 5.0LDTVS series offers a working standoff voltage range of 26V to 82 V, excellent clamping capability of 36 V to 113 V, and reliable thermal performance (TJMAX) of +175°C. These TVS devices are AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
